Welcome to Notrichbitch: Lifestyles of the uniquely average

MY STORY

Mid(ish) 40's  divorced, currently and perpetually single and happy. I have a good job that I mostly like, great friends (including my ex who I can always rely on especially if I am feeling the need to pick a fight with someone). I have raised multiple boys basically on my own, but those details will come later. As the kids got older and the dollar got smaller I realized it was time for a new hobby. Here is my tale of an average life with extraordinary experiences...we all have them, I am just choosing to share.



Life as I Know it

WHAT I AM TRYING NOT TO BUY TODAY...

My Uncle is a retired engineer, which means he spends his astronomical amount of free time finding gadgets on the internet. He thinks Temu is the best website of 2024. While I have no desire to acquire an electric potato peeler...this is a pretty cool ice maker. The kids love it because it makes 'Chic-fil-A' cubes (basically just small blocks of frozen water). Yes we have an icemaker in our fridge that constantly seems to need defrosting and of course nobody but me refills the emergency ice cube trays. So even though the thought of paying for ice is difficult - this is intriguing.
